يعد الفيلم أول تجربة إخراجية للمصور السينمائي أحمد المرسي، ويشهد أيضًا أول تعاون بين عمرو يوسف وأحمد مراد.

وعبر عمرو يوسف عن حماسه للعمل مع الكاتب والسيناريست أحمد مراد خاصة وأنها المرة الأولى التي يجتمعان فيها في مشروع واحد.

كما أبدى سعادته بأن يكون جزءًا من التجربة الإخراجية الأولى لصديقه أحمد المرسي. وأوضح أنه انجذب للفيلم لأنه أول تجربة له في عالم الخيال العلمي، ويأمل أن يقدم العمل إضافة جديدة ومختلفة للسينما المصرية .

Amr Youssef to Star in “Deer Hunting Season” – His First Sci-Fi Experience

Star Amr Youssef has signed on to play the lead role in the film "Deer Hunting Season", based on the novel of the same name by writer Ahmed Mourad. The story takes place in the future and belongs to the science fiction genre, marking Youssef’s first time venturing into this type of film.

The project also marks the directorial debut of renowned cinematographer Ahmed El Morsy, and it is the first collaboration between Youssef and Mourad.
